Often when looking for a BPM solution, business professionals won't be grasping the full scope of the implementation - which isn't just an 'install and walk away' scenario.

In fact, installation is a journey in and of itself and if you're not prepared to put in the work and don't understand the implementation involved, your BPM could end up gathering dust on the proverbial shelf.
